The statements below apply to any content such as pages, documents, videos, images, sound files and computer code (the "Material") created by the National GreenPower Accreditation Program (the Program), which are featured on the GreenPower website.
WCAG2.0 compliance
The Program aims to make website content available to the widest possible audience and is actively working towards a WCAG2.0 AA compliant website as soon as possible.
If you are unable to access information or services from the GreenPower website due to an accessibility issue, we encourage you to contact the Program so that we may assist you to obtain the information you need.
PDF files
The Program uses PDF (portable document format) files on its websites. These files require Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software) to be installed on your computer before they can be read. The Program is in the process of ensuring PDF files comply with accessibility criteria. Each PDF file is in the process of being subjected to a full accessibility check in Adobe Acrobat and where feasible, all identified accessibility issues will be resolved.
The majority of PDF publications will also be accompanied by an introductory HTML page that gives a summary of the contents of the PDF. If you are unable to use a PDF file from the Program's website due to an accessibility issue you may:
- Contact the Program to request a more accessible version of the content.
- Convert the PDF files using the online conversion service offered at the Adobe website. This service converts Acrobat PDF files to plain text or HTML via email.
Comments and feedback
