AFMA launches RGGO spot contract template for trading

The Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) have created a template for GreenPower’s Renewable Gas Guarantee of Origin (RGGO) contracts that are is now available through the AFMA subscription. The contract is intended to be used by traders to facilitate offtake agreements for trading of RGGOs with businesses that want to match their gas use from the grid with GreenPower RGGOs.

The RGGO contract is available to subscribers of AFMA Environmental Products module on the AFMA - OTC Guide. If not already subscribed, there is information about how to subscribe on their website.

Alternatively, traders are able to contact AFMA partner member law firms who have subscriptions to the OTC Guide who can share the templates with their clients.
